I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is stunning, right next to the lake, and the rooms are fresh and stylish, exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to help us. However, I found the dining options a bit basic and limited during my meals. Overall, I felt it provided great value for money given the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel had a few ups and downs during my stay. It was in a premium location right in front of Lake Maggiore, which made it perfect for a bike tour around the area. The rooms were a bit cramped, especially for what I paid, and the lack of privacy in my corner room with shared terrace access wasn't ideal.
